Group Description
Step into a transformative journey with our unique somatic group therapy sessions. Join our community of women where the mind meets the body in a safe and healing environment. Guided by two experienced therapists, our sessions blend traditional group therapy with somatic practices. This is a closed group for women and consists of 6 sessions that are 90 minutes long. Half will be somatic work and half group therapy. Please note that there are no refunds.

This is a 6 week series taking place on Saturday mornings at 9:30-11am. SPACE IS LIMITED (8 spots only)
